Hash Browns


Ingredients
2 Potatoes, peeled 
1 Egg (Or Not)
1 Onion (Or Not)
Salt 
Ground black pepper 




Shred the potatoes
Sqweez the water from the potatoes into a bowl and let it sit for a minute. 
Drain the water from the bowel, but keep the starch and add it back to the mix. 
Mix the shaded potatoes with the egg, salt and pepper
Fry the mix in a pan, either as patties or in one piece
